INGREDIENTS
- 200g tender lamb cut into strips
- 2 Tbsp Tandoori Marinade from Cofresh
- ½ sliced brown onion
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 4 bread wraps or tortillas (of your choice)
- fresh shredded lettuce
- freshly sliced tomato
- fresh sliced cucumber
- 2 Tbsp light sour cream
METHOD
Heat oil in a large surfaced fry pan and lightly brown garlic and onion.
Add lamb and seal before adding lemon juice and 2 Tbsp Tandoori Marinade from Cofresh.
Turn off the heat and warm the wraps.
Spread the wraps with sour cream and line the center with fresh lettuce, tomato, cucumber and
tandoori lamb.
Roll the wraps tightly and serve immediately
