INGREDIENTS
- 500g diced Free Range chicken tenderloins
- 1 diced onion
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 jar Tandoori Marinade from Cofresh
- ¼ cup sour cream or coconut milk
- 100g sliced green beans
- Juice of half a lemon
- Salt and pepper
- Good quality olive oil
METHOD
Marinate chicken using 1 jar of Tandoori Marinade from Cofresh.
Heat oil in a large surfaced fry pan.
Add onion & garlic and brown.
Add chicken till golden and sealed.
Stir in green beans and sour cream, allow to simmer until beans are tender and cream thickens
slightly
Serve with fluffy jasmine rice, sprinkled with coriander
