INGREDIENTS
- 500g diced tender chicken fillet
- 1 jar Traditional Meat Marinade from Cofresh
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- good quality olive oil
- ¼ cup finely chopped coriander
- juice of ½ a lemon
METHOD
Marinate chicken using garlic and the Traditional Meat
Marinade from Cofresh for 4 hours prior to cooking.
Soak skewers in warm water (to stop them burning) for 15 mins before threading with the
chicken pieces.
Cook on a BBQ grill or an oiled fry pan until golden brown and tender. Keep pasting with
marinade for approx 6-8 mins.
Squirt with half a lemon and garnish with coriander.
Serve with sour cream for dipping
