INGREDIENTS
- 500g diced tender lamb fillet
- 1 jar Traditional Meat Marinade from Cofresh
- Juice of half a lemon
- Good quality olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- ¼ cup sour cream
METHOD
Marinate the meat overnight using Traditional Meat Marinade
from Cofresh.
Thread lamb onto skewers (to stop them burning, soak skewers in
warm water for 15 mins before threading).
On a lightly oiled BBQ grill cook skewers until golden brown but still tender, turning them
occasionally.
Dress with lemon juice and arrange on a serving platter
Serve with sour cream & freshly torn coriander leaves
