INGREDIENTS
- ½ jar Balti Cooking Sauce from Cofresh
- 500g lamb mince
- 1 brown onion finely
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp tomato paste
- ¼ cup chopped parsley
- ½ cup GF bread crumbs
- 2 tsp vegetable stock powder
- 2 eggs
- good quality olive oil
METHOD
Heat oil in a large surfaced fry pan and sauté onion, garlic and
tomato paste.
Remove from heat and in a large bowl combine onion mix with
mince and the rest of the ingredients.
Using your hands roll into tight balls and lightly fry on low heat until
brown and caramelized on either side.
Transfer patties onto a lined oven tray and cook at 180°C for
10-15 mins until firm to touch.
Serve hot with a crisp, green side salad or in a sandwich
burger with your favorite fillings!
